Job Description

Perform daily cleaning and routine checks of the straw machine as per schedule.
Operate the straw machine according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production requirements.
Immediately report any breakdowns or abnormalities to the Reporting Officer.
Maintain correct machine settings to ensure product quality standards are met.
Complete production tasks on time as per the shift plan.
Safeguard tools, machine components, and consumables related to straw production.
Take responsibility for machine parts during operation, maintenance, and idle time.
Adhere strictly to shift reporting times and designated break periods.
Do not leave the machine or workstation without proper handover and approval from the Reporting Officer.
Ensure clear communication during shift handovers.
Report requirements for raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot minor operational issues and coordinate with maintenance for technical faults.
Ensure all machine safety features and worker safety measures are functional.
Monitor production output to achieve targets with minimal wastage.
Ensure proper stacking, counting, and quality of produced straws.
Assist in preventive maintenance under the guidance of supervisors or engineers.
