Job Description

Record client data in the Registration Certificate (RC) Excel sheet based on invoice data from the system and share client details with the Bajaj team for registration processes.
Follow up on the registration status and update the Registration Certificate (RC) Excel sheet accordingly.
Record, file, and securely archive client documents in an organized manner.
Maintain a tracking log for the movement of documents in and out of the locker room.
Monitor and maintain stock levels for two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
Record the stock movement of ordered vehicles and reconcile inventory records regularly.
Record and monitor fuel requests and consumption records.
Ensure the RC registration records and original registration cards are up-to-date, and follow up on newly disbursed loans.
Ensure the Archive Excel sheet of Master Loan Files is up-to-date.
Track documents sent from branches and dispatch them to the MOFCL main office.
Maintain records of GPS tracking devices, including distribution and stock management.
Safeguard and maintain records of clients’ original cards.
Ensure the proper handling and secure storage of sensitive documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Conduct research and provide support for special projects as required.
