Job Description

  • Perform routine daily maintenance, including both minor and major service activities for two-wheelers (2WH) and three-wheelers (3WH).
  • Complete daily service tasks within the assigned timelines.
  • Handle regular servicing, accident repairs, engine-related repairs, and warranty-related work.
  • Repair two-wheelers and three-wheelers efficiently and effectively.
  • Assemble two-wheelers and three-wheelers as required.
  • Attend to on-site breakdowns and provide immediate customer support.
  • Hold a valid driving license for 2WH/3WH to respond to field complaints and breakdowns.
  • Provide key technical support during vehicle service camps and health check-ups.
  • Ensure the quality of all repair work is maintained to the highest standard.
  • Provide technical input to service advisors and customers.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from the Service Manager for warranty claims.
  • Greet and receive customers, and address their service complaints.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed job cards.
  • Discuss issues with riders and share cost estimates before commencing work.
  • Promote awareness about the benefits of using genuine spare parts.
  • Educate customers on the importance of periodic and major servicing.
  • Promote spare part sales in accordance with management guidelines.
  • Identify Good Maintenance Free Service (GMFS) opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
  • Maintain and regularly update the rider list.
  • Organize workshop tools and take responsibility for all tools and equipment.
  • Ensure the shop floor area remains clean and organized.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the workshop.
