Job Description

- Create schedules for maintenance tasks, including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities.
- Develop detailed maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of machines.
- Monitor machine loads by scheduling frequent checks.
- Observe and report any abnormal noises from machines.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Keep maintenance expenses within budget limits.
- Review the daily maintenance logbook and track the progress of work.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies during machine operation.
- Maintain a stock of spare parts for all machines.
- Handle welding, lathe operations, and other similar tasks.
