Job Description

Organize and manage shift schedules effectively.
Inspect and ensure the quality of the fabric produced.
Monitor production levels to prevent excess production.
Verify the size and maintain the required number of tapes in the looms.
Ensure that loom operators do not remove oversized bobbins unnecessarily and minimize production waste.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the loom in-charge.
