Job Description

Supervise and coordinate fleet operations and maintenance schedules.
Monitor and report on fleet performance and key logistics metrics.
Coordinate with the Fleet Supervisor to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
Ensure all vehicles comply with safety standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Maintain effective communication with drivers and service providers.
Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or misrouted shipments.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and logistics regulations.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business needs.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs and enhance operational efficiency.
