Job Description

Vehicle Recovery: Locate and recover vehicles from customers who have defaulted on their payments, working in shifts as required.
Critical Response: Stay vigilant and respond immediately to any threat alerts, taking appropriate action on the ground.
Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the location of vehicles, which may include surveillance, interviews, and reviewing public records.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all repossession activities, including dates, times, locations of recovered vehicles, and interactions with customers.
Compliance: Ensure all repossession activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, explaining the repossession process and their rights.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of team members and the public during repossession activities.
Loan Recovery: Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary to support the collection of accounts receivable.
Bad Debt Recovery: Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with debtors, and implement strategies to effectively recover potential bad debts or loss amounts.
Restructuring: Prepare restructuring plans for approval and assist in their execution before a client exceeds 90 days past due.
Repossessed Asset Liquidity: Ensure effective coordination of legal resources, repossession agencies, and asset resale in a timely manner. Ensure that demand and repossession letters are issued promptly and that the repossession process follows the guidelines outlined in the manual.
External Stakeholder Relationships: Manage relationships with external partners, including collection agencies and legal firms.
