Job Description

Ensure the availability of all Materials as per Production plan.
Strictly monitor and record the shift reporting time and break timings of Operators & Daily Paid
Ensure Safety for all works going at production floor.
Give timely feedback of machine maintenance, Performance and Breakdown to reporting officer
Control the movement of manpower and allocate the manpower for other works in machine idle time
Ensure the daily log sheet is duly filled and maintained by the Operators.
Ensure housekeeping.
Without handing over the charge you are not supposed to leave your machine or work area, obtain permission from the reporting officer before leaving
Follow the instructions as given by Reporting Officer.
Ensure the proper communication during handover of responsibility to the next shift
Ensure to be aware of usage procedure of firefighting equipment's.
