Job Description

Quickly set up the lamination machine with minimal material waste.
Maintain the machine in optimal working condition for smooth operation.
Operate the machine to ensure maximum output while maintaining high quality and minimizing waste.
Set the die lip gap accurately to ensure even coating on both sides of the fabric.
Conduct tape tests on the fabric to verify lamination quality.
Check the GSM (grams per square meter) of both unlaminated and laminated fabric.
Make adjustments to the GSM coating as needed to meet specifications.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
