Job Description

Ensure that the analysis of online finished product quality parameters is conducted at the prescribed frequency.
Coordinate with the production team to monitor, control, and improve product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure that water analysis is performed according to the required frequency.
Maintain and manage all process records accurately.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the shop floor.
Maintain online records for all Finished Goods (FG) products.
Train line inspectors to identify online product quality defects effectively.
Ensure that finished product quality checks are carried out as per the defined frequency.
Ensure laboratory equipment is clean and operating properly.
Coordinate with the Shift In-Charge and Quality Manager to resolve any quality-related issues.
Ensure timely calibration of all laboratory equipment.
