Job Description

  • Support the implementation of Bancassurance sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Promote insurance products and services through assigned bank branches and customer touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff to enhance insurance sales performance.
  • Assist customers in understanding insurance products and provide appropriate product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Generate insurance quotations, process applications, and facilitate policy issuance in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into new business.
  • Provide after-sales support and assist customers with policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and claims guidance.
  • Conduct product presentations and awareness sessions for bank staff and customers.
  • Monitor sales performance within assigned branches and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and Bancassurance operational procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales, activity, and performance reports.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, policy documentation, and sales activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to improve Bancassurance penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any related duties assigned by the RO/Management.
