Job Description

Overall Responsibility:

The HR and Talent Executive contributes to the overall success of the Company by managing our people, which is our most important asset in the company. Apart from managing the HR administration function, the key role of the position is to recruit the right talent, manage that talent and performance, create an environment of learning and growth and generally assist people reach their full potential.


Detailed Responsibility:

  • Recruitment: Recruiting the best talent for the open positions who are a good fit for the role as well as a good fit for the company culture.
  • Maintain group positivity: For people to work at their peak performance, they need to be Engaged, Empowered and Motivated.
  • Performance Management.
  • Professional Growth and Learning.
  • HR Administration: The ‘usual’ tasks of HR Management also need to be addressed including, but not limited to Contract Management; preparation for new contracts and renewals of expiring ones. This includes making sure that all employees always have a valid contract.

  • Must be a people person - with high emotional intelligence.
  • Must be calm - one with maturity and emotional sensitivity.
  • Must be fun - one with fire in their bellies, love their work, love to work with others.
  • High level of commitment and sense of responsibility.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to create neat, clean, organized reports.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations.
  • Must be an analytical thinker - must be able to look beyond the symptoms and get to the root cause.
  • Must be strategic and not just a tactical firefighter.
