Perform routine facility and safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
Assist in preparing and delivering safety training sessions for employees and contractors, fostering a strong EHS culture across the organization.
Support the investigation of workplace incidents and near misses, participate in root cause analyses, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate EHS records, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure all documentation is properly updated and filed.
Support compliance efforts with environmental and occupational safety regulations, including monitoring waste management, hazardous materials, and air quality.
Assist in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, and procedures, such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Contribute to the coordination and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
The trainee will undergo rotational assignments across various MeTL Group work locations to support learning and professional development.
