Assist in conducting routine workplace safety inspections in production, warehouses, and other utility areas.
Conduct daily site inspections, intervenes in unsafe acts, and ensure adherence to PPE and safety rules.
Support hazard identification and risk assessment processes (HIRA/JSA) to Identify workplace hazards and implement controls.
Monitor compliance with safe operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance across production areas.
Participate in incident, near-miss, and accident investigations to determine root causes & implement preventive/Control measures.
Support in Maintaining & Update HSE File to ensure validity of certificates, permits, and licenses appropriately.
Assist in maintaining first aid readiness and emergency response equipment.
Support emergency drills (fire, chemical spill, evacuation).
Participate in the Implementation of HSE Policies, Advise and support stakeholders to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and safe working environment for all employees.
Carry out any additional HSE tasks delegated by the Group HSE Manager or Management.
Conduct/Coordinate toolbox talks and ensure supervisors conduct them at the start of each shift or activity.
