Job Description

  • Monitor Installations and Device Replacements: Track new installations and device replacements daily, posting information into the system.
  • Device Functionality Check: Verify that all new devices are working properly and confirm with the vendor or technical team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on new installations, checkups, and device replacements.
  • Real-Time Alerts Monitoring: Monitor alerts and non-generating devices in real-time; coordinate with vendors and field recovery teams as needed.
  • Coordination and Follow-Up: Ensure rectification and root cause analysis for vehicles not generating data or sending actionable alerts; coordinate with internal teams.
  • Vehicle Immobilization: Immobilize vehicles when necessary, based on superior requests or standard operating procedures, if immobilizers are installed.
  • Technical Support: Provide online support to technicians, supervisors, and the unit head as required.
  • Periodic Reports: Generate and send periodic and control room-related reports as requested by operations and management teams.
  • Field Coordination Support: Assist field coordinators in the allocation of technicians.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed, including working day and night shifts, and from home when required.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
