Job Description

  • Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles as required, ensuring they are properly functional.
  • Conduct regular checkups and troubleshoot any devices that are not generating data to maintain optimal performance.
  • Assist the tracking team in identifying and analyzing the root causes of technical issues related to GPS devices.
  • Immediately notify customers and supervisors if any tampering with devices is detected.
  • Collect configured GPS devices, SIM cards, and necessary accessories from the office before performing installations.
  • Complete job cards with all required details, obtain necessary signatures for installations and checkups, and submit them accordingly.
  • Communicate details of new installations and checkups to the control room and technical team to ensure everyone is updated.
  • Provide installation information to tracking supervisors and unit heads for effective coordination.
  • Keep toolkits well-organized and maintain accurate inventory records of all equipment and accessories.
  • Prepare and submit accurate lists of accessories used during installations and checkups for proper record-keeping.
  • Train staff on installation procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and high-quality work.
  • Be flexible with working hours and willing to assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
