Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machines, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical components. • Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and provide technical support as required. • Perform repairs, minor improvements, and other general plant maintenance work. • Adhere to standard work practices and procedures at all times. • Ensure all power tools are maintained in optimal working condition. • Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop. • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in malfunctioning mechanical systems and equipment. • Assemble and fit mechanical parts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Investigate root causes of breakdowns and implement appropriate preventive measures. • Follow and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules under the guidance of the supervisor. • Strictly follow all hygiene and safety protocols.
