Job Description

Ensure a thorough understanding of the machine SOP.
Ensure the daily log sheet is properly filled out and maintained.
Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any breakdown.
Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavours.
Ensure machine settings comply with the required standards.
Adhere to GHK and GMP as per the machine SOP.
Ensure maintenance schedules are completed on time and follow the assigned task list.
Keep tools, machine components, and change parts in safe custody.
Take responsibility for all machine parts and components during maintenance and idle time.
Strictly follow shift reporting procedures and break timings.
Do not leave the machine or work area without handing over the charge; obtain permission from the Reporting Officer before leaving.
Follow instructions given by superiors.
Communicate raw material and machine consumable requirements to the Reporting Supervisor on time.
Ensure proper communication during handover to the next shift.
Take responsibility for troubleshooting during breakdowns.
Ensure utility requirements—air and power—meet machine standards.
Ensure machine safety and verify that all safety interlocks are in place.
Accept changes in work location or responsibilities as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management during employment.
Adhere to the list of dos and don’ts provided by the Reporting Officer.
Perform and ensure daily cleaning of the machine and the surrounding area.
