Job Description

Market Development & Customer Acquisition:

Visit shops, businesses, and potential customers in assigned market areas.
Introduce and promote the 2agize mobile app and its benefits.
Identify new customer opportunities and generate leads.
Build strong relationships with retailers, traders, and local businesses.

Customer Onboarding:

Register new customers on the app.
Assist customers in completing profile setup and basic KYC requirements if applicable.
Help customers download, install, and navigate the app.
Ensure customers understand how to browse products and place orders.

Order Support:

Take orders on behalf of customers through the app when needed.
Follow up with customers regarding deliveries and repeat orders.
Encourage customers to place future orders independently through the app.

Customer Education:

Train customers on app usage, promotions, offers, and payment options.
Resolve basic customer queries or escalate issues to the support team.
Collect market feedback and share customer concerns with management.
