Job Description

Identify and understand the needs of the customer.
Ensure assigned client visits are attended to in a timely manner.
Make and maintain contact with leaders of targeted areas and community groups within those areas.
Report on field conditions to the reporting officer and other relevant staff members.
Provide an accurate assessment of the client's creditworthiness and ability to repay the loan after physically meeting with the client.
Assist the reporting officer in compiling monthly reports.
Support data collection from field sites routinely and upon special request.
Take photographs of clients' residences/workplaces, collect feedback surveys and testimonials, and submit them to the responsible departmental heads.
Collect accurate GPS data for the physical verification of the client’s address.
Coordinate with the control room operator for GPS alerts and take immediate action based on the seriousness of the situation.
Confirm client details with the park chairman and neighbors.
Interview clients to gather the necessary information for the loan application.
Ensure proper KYC procedures have been followed and documented.
Advise customers on their payment options and suggest methods of payment.
Respond to customer queries.
Ensure the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) remains below 5%.
Prepare weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports.
Achieve monthly and yearly loan collection targets.
Ensure all collection targets are met in a timely manner.
Institute legal action when customers fail to repay their debts.
Repossess defaulted vehicles and manage their storage.
Create strategies to reduce delinquency and increase collections.
Work closely with legal authorities for required actions.
Maintain honesty, loyalty, and integrity towards the company.
Ensure proper procedures are followed when issuing loans.
Ensure that the agreement is handed over to the operations department for further processing.
Proactively sell MO Finance's products to new and prospective customers.
Obtain relevant documents for all MO Finance products sold, such as identity documents, area leader letters, and business registration documents.
Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to the head of the department.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client visits, and budget achievements.
Ensure timely processing of all initiated customer transactions, with a specific emphasis on loan issuance.
