Responsible for offloading buckets received from various suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers regarding goods and vehicle arrivals.
Prepare daily reports and perform reconciliation of received goods.
Verify invoice quantities before offloading buckets.
Supervise the complete offloading process of buckets from trucks.
Check the received quantities against invoice quantities and report any variances.
Verify that the number of lids matches the number of buckets.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all received goods.
Issue packaging materials to the filling section as per requests, ensuring accurate counting.
Segregate damaged goods and arrange for their return to respective suppliers on a monthly basis, maintaining proper documentation and reconciliation with the accounts department.
Ensure caps and seals are stored properly to prevent mismatches during production.
Conduct monthly stock reconciliation with the filling section and accounts, and submit the report.
Carry out monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure the safety and security of all company assets within the Filling Unit.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing store area.
Inspect inward materials upon receipt and verify them against the invoice or delivery note.
Enter data into the ERP system on a daily basis.
Cross-check book quantities against ERP records daily.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
