Job Description

Enter daily fleet data including truck movements, allocations, and returns
Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities
Capture driver attendance and trip details accurately
Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports
Ensure all records are updated and submitted on time
Verify data before entry to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain proper filing system (soft and hard copies)
Ensure all records comply with company policies and audit requirements
Work closely with the Fleet Officer and Logistics Coordinator
Receive and record data from drivers and relevant departments
Assist in tracking truck status across Moshi, Arusha, and Babati
Any other duties assigned by superiors.
