Job Description

Open and close job cards for trucks entering and exiting the workshop.
Prepare and submit requisitions for spare parts required in the workshop.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts received from the store and issued to mechanics.
Prepare gate passes for spare parts and trucks leaving the workshop.
Maintain records of spare parts sent for on-road breakdown repairs and follow up with drivers for the return of old parts.
Keep detailed records of all spare parts purchased from the local market.
