Responsible for offloading buckets received from different suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers regarding goods vehicles.
Prepare daily reports and reconcile received goods.
Verify invoice quantity before offloading buckets.
Supervise the complete offloading of buckets from trucks.
Check the received quantity against the invoice; report any variance.
Ensure the quantity of lids matches the quantity of buckets.
Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all received goods.
Issue packaging materials to the filling section as per request, with accurate counting.
Segregate damaged goods and return them to respective suppliers on a monthly basis with proper documentation and reconciliation with the accounts department.
Ensure caps and seals are stored properly to avoid mismatches during production.
Conduct monthly stock reconciliation with the filling and accounts departments, and submit the report.
Responsible for monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure the safety and security of all company assets in the Filling Unit.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in the packing store.
Check all incoming materials at the time of receipt and match them with the invoice or delivery note.
