Job Description

  • Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletions.
  • Ensure the quality of imported data by collaborating with functional departments and Heads of Departments (HODs).
  • Conduct research and provide guidance to informatics professionals on selecting, applying, and implementing database management tools.
  • Analyze how businesses in similar industries utilize data analysis tools; acquire relevant information to develop new informative systems.
  • Perform statistical analyses on raw data by collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from daily operational software.
  • Handle confidential data and information in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and analyses for management reviews.
  • Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security measures, and data consolidation processes.
  • Support initiatives aimed at ensuring data integrity and normalization.
  • Assess, test, and implement new or upgraded software systems; assist in strategic decision-making regarding new system integrations.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems to support various business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the reporting database environment and resolve report-related problems.
  • Train end-users on utilizing new reports and dashboards effectively.
  • Coordinate the creation and management of content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital communication channels.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends; apply findings to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate the overall performance of various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into marketing campaigns as appropriate.
