Institution Negotiation – Negotiate with customers to ensure availability of all company SKUs as per market potential.
Product Visibility – Ensure floor display, shelf display, and fridge display; follow best practices for stock storage in customer warehouses (FIFO, damage/expiry management). Provide professional customer service.
Customer Visits – Conduct timely customer visits for order generation and follow up on deliveries. Carry out market surveys as required.
Customer Master Data – Maintain accurate records on product availability, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Customer Feedback – Collect and provide customer feedback while strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Skills & Competencies – Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage products/industry, interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, time management, and collaboration.
Other Duties – Perform any other tasks and follow instructions as assigned by the reporting officer.
