Job Description

Ensure proper KYC has been followed and documented.
Ensure they maintain a PAR of less than 5%.
Maintaining and updating records of loan applications.
Reviewing loan requests and planning payment setups.
Keeping in touch with clients for gathering financial services documentation and other required documents.
Responsible for collection of at least three months EMI
Offering different types of loan options to applicants based on the analysis of their applications.
Advice and assist management on the best way to deal with delinquency loans.
Should be loyal and have integrity towards the company.
Ensure proper procedures have been followed when issuing loans
Assisting collections officer to ensure that collections are done in timely manner
Assist collections officer in customer visits once required
Assisting collection officers to make sure all collection targets are met.
Assisting accounts department in ensuring all the reports and due dates for Taxes are met on time when required.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Interviewing clients to get the necessary information for the loan application.
Monitoring the progress and financial status of existing loans.
Following up with clients about loan renewals.
Assessing creditworthiness and the risks involved before granting loans.
Calculating accurate financial ratios (credit scores and interest rates).
