Job Description

 

  • Inspect machinery and provide reports on its condition.
  • Repair machinery whenever a fault is reported.
  • Ensure machinery cleanliness is maintained as required and on schedule.
  • Execute machinery repair orders as directed by your supervisor.
  • Advise and report on all matters concerning machinery to ensure productive output for the company.
  • Work promptly to prevent delays in production.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools used for machinery repairs.
  • Perform other tasks as instructed by your supervisor.
  • Comply with work regulations, procedures, and policies, including workplace cleanliness and safety.
  • Arrive at work on time and be prepared to respond promptly when a machine malfunctions.
  • Respond quickly and utilize available resources efficiently to prevent machines from being idle without valid reason.
  • Provide advice to management on improvements to enhance production and machinery performance.
  • Submit a comprehensive report detailing the cause of any fault when it occurs.
  • Closely monitor machines during production work by contractors to ensure all procedures are properly followed.
