Job Description

Monitor new installations, checkup/device replacement information, and post it into the system on a daily basis.
Check that all new devices are working properly and confirm with the vendor/technical team.
Prepare a report on daily new installations, checkups, and device replacements.
Monitor alerts and non-generating devices in real-time and coordinate with the vendor/field recovery team as necessary.
Coordinate and follow up with the internal team to ensure rectification and root cause analysis of vehicles not generating data, as well as vehicles that send actionable alerts.
Immobilize vehicles when needed and based on requests from superiors or as per the SOP – if an immobilizer was installed.
Provide online support to technicians, supervisors, and unit heads whenever required.
Generate and send periodical reports and control room-related reports as per the request and requirements of the operations and management teams.
Support the field coordinator in allocating technicians.
Practice flexibility and lend a hand wherever needed.
