Job Description

 

  • Follow up with overdue customers via phone, serve notices, and conduct field visits.
    • Organize the debtor list according to the severity of delinquency, ensure all clients are contacted, and notify the reporting manager about difficult accounts.
    • Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, prepare a daily list of customers who have not made payments, and report accordingly.
    • Record new commitments for debt repayment, assess the collectability of debts, and recommend recovery action where necessary.
    • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
    • Provide customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies, and address short payments.
    • Execute the soft collection process as specified in the credit policy, ensuring full compliance.
    • Prepare restructuring plans for approval and assist in executing them before a client exceeds 90 days past due.
    • Coordinate effectively with legal resources, repossession agencies, and asset resale teams to ensure timely repossession actions, including issuing letters of demand and repossession in accordance with company procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations.
