Job Description

 

  • Follow up with overdue customers through phone calls, serving notices, and conducting field visits.
    • Organize the debtor list according to the severity of delinquency, ensure all clients are contacted, and notify the reporting manager regarding difficult accounts.
    • Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, prepare a daily list of customers who have not made payments, and report accordingly.
    • Record new commitments to repay debts, assess the collectability of each debt, and recommend appropriate recovery actions.
    • Take responsibility for reducing delinquency within assigned accounts.
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
    • Provide customer service regarding collection issues, resolving client discrepancies and short payments.
    • Ensure the soft collection process, as specified in the credit policy, is diligently followed.
    • Prepare restructuring plans for approval and assist in executing them before a client exceeds 90 days past due.
    • Coordinate effectively with legal resources, repossession agencies, and asset resale teams to ensure timely repossession processes, including sending demand and repossession letters as required.
    • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations.
