Job Description

Follow up with overdue customers by phone, serving notices, and conducting field visits.
Organize the debtor list according to the severity of delinquency, ensure all clients are contacted, and notify the reporting manager about difficult accounts.
Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, prepare a daily list of customers who have not made payments, and report accordingly.
Record new commitments to repay debts, determine whether the debt can be collected, and recommend recovery actions when necessary.
Take accountability for reducing delinquency in assigned accounts.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
Provide customer service regarding collection issues, including resolving client discrepancies and short payments.
Execute the soft collection process as specified in the credit policy, ensuring it is diligently followed.
Prepare restructuring plans for approval and assist in executing them before a client becomes more than 90 days past due.
Coordinate effectively with legal resources, repossession agencies, and asset resale teams to ensure letters of demand and repossession are sent promptly and that the repossession process is initiated as outlined in the manual.
Monitor and maintain assigned accounts through customer calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations.
