Job Description

Maintain daily petty cash records.
Making petty cash payments for expenses after verifying the approvals are in place and booking the same expenses in the LMS.
Ensure documents are verified and ensure timely delivery.
Collect and submit notarised agreements and personal guarantees from Legal to the Finance Manager.
Monthly provision and accruals are posted accurately and timely into the LMS.
Ensure vehicle registration cards and collected and reconciled with records and handed over to the Finance Manager.
Assist in organising and carry out internal and external audits.
Monitor and report in accounting discrepancies.
Maintain proper records of activated handled and proper Book keeping.
