Responsible for the safe and timely maintenance of a liquid CO2 (carbon dioxide) plant.
Perform liquid plant startups and shutdowns.
Operate and maintain analyzers, pumps, compressors, and refrigeration equipment.
Fully support, accurately complete, maintain, and instill corporate health, safety, quality, and environmental policies/procedures and relevant documentation at the facility.
Observe gauges, dials, switches, alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly.
Constantly review the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.
