Operate the Carbo-Mixer machine efficiently for all pack sizes and flavours.
• Adjust and maintain machine settings as per standard specifications.
• Have a thorough understanding of and strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the machine.
• Accurately prepare, fill, and maintain daily log sheets and the machine logbook.
• Ensure timely flushing and Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures of tanks as per quality standards.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping (GHK) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with machine SOPs.
• Communicate promptly with the Quality Department during production, especially regarding Brix variations.
• Provide timely feedback on machine maintenance requirements to the Reporting Officer.
• Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any machine breakdown.
• Take responsibility for troubleshooting during breakdowns.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are followed on time and all assigned tasks are completed.
• Verify that all utility requirements (air, chilled water, power) meet machine standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are implemented and strictly followed.
• Maintain the safe custody of tools and machine components.
• Take responsibility for all machine parts and components during maintenance and idle periods.
• Strictly adhere to shift reporting times and break schedules.
• Do not leave the machine or work area without handing over responsibilities and obtaining permission from the Reporting Officer.
• Ensure proper communication and handover to the next shift.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the machine and its surroundings.
