Job Description

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and conduct market research on competing products.
Design and implement marketing plans for company products by coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Work with the dealer and supplier sales teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
Respond to client queries regarding product specifications, features, and usage.
Cross-sell value-added product solutions to customers.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Track sales data to ensure the company meets its sales targets and quotas.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Take responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as outlined in the Annual Business Plan.
Provide proactive customer service by ensuring information is accessible and responding promptly to client needs.
Consistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
Demonstrate products and services to clients, tailoring presentations according to customer requirements and management guidelines.
Coordinate and manage client appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications.
Develop customer retention strategies, utilizing warranties or guarantees where applicable.
Analyze target markets and competitors to develop strategic engagement plans.
Conduct field investigations and contribute to the review and approval process of commercial credit proposals.
Participate in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs, and provide training and coaching to continuously enhance the competencies of team members.
