Job Description

Record client data in the RC Excel sheet based on invoice data from the system and share client details with the Bajaj team for the registration process.
Follow up on the registration status and update the RC Excel sheet accordingly.
Record, file, and securely archive client documents in an organized manner.
Maintain a tracking log for document movement in and out of the locker room.
Monitor and maintain stock levels for two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
Record stock movement of ordered vehicles and regularly reconcile inventory records.
Record and monitor fuel requests and fuel consumption records.
Ensure RC registrations and records of original registration cards are up to date and follow up on newly disbursed loans.
Ensure that the Archive Excel sheet for master loan files is always up to date.
Track documents sent from branches and dispatch documents to the MOFCL main office.
Maintain records of GPS tracking devices, including their distribution and stock management.
Safeguard and maintain records of clients’ original registration cards.
Ensure proper handling and secure storage of sensitive documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Conduct research and provide support for special projects as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
