Job Description

Provide information to customers by telephone, in writing, via email, or in person.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial information.
Review and update credit and loan files in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare loan agreements and ensure they are complete, accurate, and in line with company policies.
Review loan agreements to ensure they include all conditions of approval and are properly signed.
Process credit applications in the system and prepare credit bureau data.
Coordinate credit application processing within the system.
Update credit bureau data in accordance with country regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and maintain loan files in the system.
Ensure registration of assets and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about new types of loans, financial services, and products to better meet customers’ needs.
Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendations.
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Prepare and update daily operational reports.
Support in fulfilling all loan approval conditions.
