Job Description

Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the loan process.
Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options available, including the terms and conditions of these services.
Review and prepare credit proposals, conduct credit assessments, and evaluate the creditworthiness of clients.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial information.
Review and update credit and loan files regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Review loan agreements to ensure they are complete and comply with company policies and procedures.
Stay informed about new types of loans, financial services, and products to better meet clients’ needs.
Submit loan applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
Market financial products to individuals and businesses by promoting MOFCL services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Prepare and update daily operational and performance reports.
Send statements of delinquencies to the credit bureau in accordance with regulatory requirements.
