Job Description

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the machine SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Ensure the daily log sheet is properly filled out and maintained.
  • Immediately inform the Reporting Officer in case of any machine breakdown.
  • Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavors as required.
  • Ensure machine settings are maintained as per standard parameters.
  • Ensure GHK and GMP guidelines are followed in accordance with the machine SOP.
  • Ensure the maintenance schedule is followed on time and all assigned tasks are completed.
  • Maintain safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts.
  • Be responsible for all machine parts and components, including during mold changes, maintenance activities, and idle time, if any.
  • Strictly adhere to shift reporting times and break schedules.
  • Do not leave the machine or work area without proper handover and prior permission from the Reporting Officer.
  • Follow all instructions given by superiors.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding raw materials and machine consumables to the Reporting Supervisor.
  • Carry out machine changeovers as and when required.
  • Ensure proper communication while handing over responsibilities to the next shift operator.
  • Take responsibility for troubleshooting during machine breakdowns.
  • Ensure utility requirements (air, chilled water, power, etc.) meet machine operating standards.
  • Ensure machine safety systems and personnel safety interlocks are always in place and functional.
