Job Description

MANPOWER

Responsibility to raise request for required manpower in timely manner
Responsible for check, verify, record & report attendance for manpower
Ensure absenteeism, half day &early going activities recorded & intimated in timely manner
Report manpower utilization plan with manager in beginning of the shift
Responsible for training of people of machine operation & activities as per work area & machines
Ensure consistent &well train work force deployment on specific areas& machines as per requirement’s

PRODUCTION

Ensure the smooth operation of the plant with good quality &target quantity of product
Effective coordination with subordinates well as department head
Achieving better productivity of plant by ensuring of processing better quality PET flakes by system and optimization of plant process
Maintain effective communication with opposite shift supervisor & managers through log book &production report

QUALITY

Ensure all operation related with finish goods running with good quality product throughout shift
Ensure &record quality of finish goods verified with lab test at least 50% of production samples
Marking date, weight &shift details on FG bags for future traceability
Responsible for stock arrangement of finish goods as per quality standards

MAINTAINANCE

Take all safety precaution during operation and to maintain clean environment in and around the plant
Ensure all maintenance activities carried pot within time span, specified in maintenance scheduled
Responsibility to develop system in the department to achieve high efficiency, optimum production, quality and cost reduction
Responsibility for verification of crusher blades setting as per standard
