Job Description

Prepare and submit daily and fortnightly work plans in line with the approved budget and assigned tasks.
Organize and supervise sisal planting, land preparation, and the planning and preparation of seedlings/bulbils.
Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with the work plan.
Recheck rejected tasks to confirm they are properly completed before including them for payment.
Verify and tally actual reports with the invoiced tasks.
Ensure all field tasks are completed to the standards required by management.
Sign daily reports only after confirming the accuracy of the recorded data and the actual work done.
Conduct field visits to verify tasks completed by service provider companies in terms of both quality and quantity, including measurements of completed and rejected tasks requiring rectification.
Coordinate with OS companies to ensure smooth operations and achievement of set targets.
Ensure proper utilization of company vehicles and machines allocated to OS for operations.
Report any poorly performed tasks to the service provider manager and record them in writing in the report.
Provide guidance to the service provider manager when tasks are not performed correctly.
Conduct periodic surveys to ensure there is no encroachment in the fields and promptly report any such issues.
Monitor the number of guards allocated to the fields and confirm their presence in the designated areas.
Inform management immediately if any damage occurs in the plantation or if there is theft of company property.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the security company within the estate fields.
