To support the Human Resources department in implementing HR processes, ensuring smooth administration of employee records, payroll, benefits, and employee relations while providing efficient support to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the biometric attendance administrator.
Facilitate payroll processing and salary administration.
Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary issues in coordination with the HR Manager.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.
Participate in performance management, performance reviews, and appraisals.
Assist in planning and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Process leave applications, maintain, and update the employee leave tracker.
Prepare monthly attendance reports for salary processing.
Administer employee benefits in line with company policy.
Support new joiners with joining formalities and coordinate their induction/orientation.
Prepare and maintain employee contracts and records.
