Job Description

Analyze financial information and prepare detailed reports to assist management in decision-making processes. Coordinate with management and staff to ensure the compilation of accurate and timely financial reports.
Enter data into the ERP system, including sales, petty cash, and general expenses, to maintain accurate financial records. Raise purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, procedures, and relevant federal and state regulations to maintain legal and financial integrity. Efficiently resolve accounts payable and receivable issues or queries to enhance financial operations.
Perform daily reconciliations of cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately to ensure financial accuracy. Tally and file invoices to maintain organized financial documentation.
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) when preparing financial statements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Assist in financial and tax audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules, thereby contributing to the audit process. Participate in general ledger preparation to support accurate financial reporting.
Prepare income tax returns and fulfill corporate reporting requirements to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist in the development of monthly financial statements, including cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets, for management review.
Complete end-of-month closing procedures to ensure all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported.
Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
